Loom is a residential project conceptualized from the connectivity that distinguishes Panama City, a financial capital that moves to the rhythm of global trends and is a meeting point for different cultures and ideas.

Its avant-garde design plays with shapes, colors, and textures to create, through its thirteen floors, environments that prioritize functionality and good taste, achieving the perfect balance between interior design, technology, and multiple amenities.

Loom is the residential project that connects all the dots. The isthmus is a bridge of biodiversity for the world and Panama City is the hub of the Americas, a cosmopolitan metropolis that is woven to the rhythm of its cultural diversity. It is there where the concept of Loom finds its starting point, in the ability to intertwine people, spaces and lifestyles.

Our team of architects took inspiration from the word Loom, an English word that means loom, to develop the idea that in the making of a textile piece, each thread is intentionally placed to communicate an aesthetic or structural value.

The result is a residential project with an avant-garde design that plays with shapes, colors and textures to create, through its thirteen floors, environments that prioritize functionality and good taste, achieving the perfect balance between interior design, technology and multiple amenities.

Attention to detail is the common thread in all common areas, which are equipped with everything necessary to find the perfect balance between social activities and self-care.

* Gym
We created this space, hand in hand with fitness experts, with the intention that our residents take care of their body and mind. In addition to the traditional resistance, cardio and weight equipment, Loom's gym has a space for functional exercises, stretching, HIT, yoga or other disciplines.
* Pool
The harmonious architecture of the pool invites you to refresh your senses. Its large dimensions allow adults and children to enjoy the good weather with enough space to move freely in the water. A terrace with sunbathing beds is located around for added comfort.
* Terrace with deck
On the top floor of the tower, away from the noise of the hectic city, is our observation terrace, a true oasis of relaxation and tranquility. Here, extraordinary views of the Panama City skyline meet the surrounding greenery, the perfect complement to any al fresco evening.
* BBQ area
To make the most of the pleasant Panamanian breeze and enjoy countless sunsets, the barbecue area is equipped with an external barbecue kitchen, which allows the preparation of grilled dishes, and a bar area to enjoy life in the best company.
* Lounge area
We designed a flexible, comfortable and sophisticated area, which responds to the times we live in, where remote activities are more frequent every day, but which is also equipped to comfortably hold meetings of several people, conferences, study and even to share it as coworking space.

Living in Loom means having the chance to enjoy the city by driving or on foot, since it has more than a dozen schools, parks, shopping malls, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, and shops just a few steps away.
