  • A certification given by a broker-dealer firm, that has been previously certified by the Panama stock market superintendence, where it shows the details of the securities, the amount of the investment as well as the name of the investor.
  • An authenticated copy of the resolution given to the broker-dealer firm by the Panama stock market superintendence.
  • A certification by the Panama stock market superintendence concerning the titles of securities acquired by the investor.

Time deposit – A time deposit work by depositing a determined amount of money in a bank and letting it collect interest, it is called a time deposit because you are not able to take the money out for a specific and previously determined period of time, and in this case, that period would be five years, this is a long-term investment option, and even though it is the most secure option it is also the least versatile, as well as being the most expensive option.
