This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the heart of Flamingo at the Oceanica building. The condo is on the 3rd floor with an amazing ocean view. The condo is over 1500 square feet of living space with a balcony built for 6 persons. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony. You can walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. There is an elevator for those of you who prefer not to use the stairs.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, one bedroom has bunk beds (one single and one full size mattress) and the other bedroom has a queen size bed with a view of the new marina. There is a washer and dryer in a separate storage area and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for your family. The condo has fast internet, 100 mbps and each room is air conditioned. Pets are not allowed at this time. 

The nightly rates varies; it depends on the season. Please request rates for your dates. The Oceanica building is only less than one hour away from the Liberia International airport.
