Online Marketing and Booking

Our service includes the promotion of your property. We have several websites and options available always focusing on your needs and the needs of the clients that rent your property. In additional to our flagship Premier casa website, we manage several other pages with a more specified focus on various target markets. Furthermore, for short-term and executive rentals, we cooperate with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other 3rd party listing pages for driving the maximum of attendance to your property.

Our advanced backend management systems allow us to integrate auto booking options, especially for short-term and monthly rentals. Our booking system is working fully automated and permanently synchronizing between the backend and the pages where your property is listed.

Utilities

All utility companies are private and well run.

Electricity
If you would like to connect or disconnect the electricity in your home, contact the local electric company office that is responsible for electricity. You will need to give them at least one week's notice.

Gas
